1. How much is shipping?

 Delivery will be subject to the charges of the courier used.

2. How long will it take to get my order?

For in stock items, standard UK shipping orders will take generally around 3-5 business days. Shipping can take longer due busier seasons, out of stock recalls or strike issues. 

Check in with us on the status of your product/delivery after 10 working days if you still haven't received your items!

 

3. Where is my order confirmation? 

Please check your spam or junk folder before enquiring as the your confirmation may appear there. 

 

4. What shipping carriers do you use?

- For free/standard shipping, we use your local postal service such as Royal Mail and Evri.

We are not responsible for orders made with the incorrect address. If a parcel is undeliverable due to incorrect address, the customer will be liable.
